For owner Trilby Rippon, Cornucopia Cakes is more than a bakery. It’s a family. It reminds her of her happy childhood baking sweet treats with her mum and selling them at the local market. When she saw their customer’s faces light up with the first bite, she knew what she wanted to do with her life.
Trilby started her apprenticeship in 1990 and learned the ins and outs of making the perfect pastry. She opened her first bakery at the age of 21, and continues to reinvent herself every day.
